TLDR: 10/10, I would recommend these movers and fully plan to use them again. In addition to moves, they help with junk removal, moving furniture, home staging, etc. I needed movers to help me unload a 15' uhaul truck and a 16' Pod container. iHaul iMove was highly recommended on Reddit, so I reached out via their website to see if they had availability on my preferred day. My request was very last minute and I wasn't sure the team would be able to accommodate me. Nate called me to discuss my needs and what size team would be best for the job. We talked about pricing and he suggested sending three guys to do the work. He called back within a short while to confirm that a team was available: Felix, Junior, and Thomas. The guys were absolutely fantastic! Felix went over every form I needed to sign and checked in several times throughout the unloading process to ensure they were doing a good job/check if I needed anything. Felix, Junior, and Thomas worked quickly and efficiently. They navigated a tricky staircase with my large couch with ease. I had a lot of boxes and several pieces of furniture -- they treated everything with great care. I wish I had used them to pack my stuff as well! I felt that pricing was fair for the job, and appreciate the level of detail provided throughout the entire experience. The team (and the company) exceeded my expectations and were finished with the job quickly. Before wrapping up, Felix checked in with me again to make sure I didn't need them to do anything else. Thank you so much to Nate, Felix, Junior, and Thomas. You made the unloading process far less stressful than it could have been.

The two of them picked up our piano and carried it to the truck. I was blown away. Everything was wrapped and loaded with care and securely strapped in the truck. They did not damage a single item or the walls or door frames of either home. They competed the work quickly and got our things to the new home promptly and had it unloaded with a quickness. We cannot say enough about the great experience we had with this company and will definitely call them again if the need arises. We would recommend them to anyone wanting a stress free experience!!

They handled our home and equipment with care as well as super friendly and genuinely nice people to to share something as personal as they move with. They brought a twenty four foot truck to handle all of our big items. They also helped unload our pod into the home where we needed everything placed. I would use them again anytime. They were a referral from a local pod business called Units. I would recommend either one anytime.

They were so efficient and took great care to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The apartment I moved into was quite the challenge as there were some tough outdoor stairs but they powered through it and got it all done in one day (driving back the next day). They also instantly made me feel comfortable as a young lady moving by herself. Cannot recommend these services enough. Thank you!!!

I hardly had time to pick up our ratchet straps and moving blankets before they had the next piece of furniture in the door. Before I knew it, they removed a door from the hinge when it was necessary to get some nasty heavy furniture through it, and that was a narrow hallway with a narrow door. They put the door back on, of course, just as quickly and without me even noticing they started doing it. We had friends back three states away to pack our moving containers but nobody here to help us move the really heavy stuff, so when I called iHaul iMove I expected to get just a few of the biggest pieces in and handle the remaining piddly stuff ourselves. Little did I know they handled everything we had left in just over an hour. They do charge for the driving time from home base, but it didn't end up making much of a difference because they had everything done that we had left in just the time allotted. In and out with the hourly minimum, without a dent in the house or a scratch on the furniture. Employees of the month, in my book. Give them a raise. I would definitely recommend Emmett, Thomas, and iHaul iMove to anyone trying to get moved in without that hassle.

I had a large professional office move that took two long days (14 large office U-shaped desks and 5 large office L-shaped desks, each with accompanying filing cabinets, side tables, and bookshelves; 1 large and 1 small conference room table; at least 70 chairs; 1 large receptionist desk; multiple side tables; and all of the other boxes and stuff in a professional office). Clayton lead the team, which included Chance, Isaiah, and Thomas. They worked relentlessly the entire time, never slacking and never complaining as we moved and removed desks and bookcases. They were incredibly careful in disassembling the furniture and equally careful in reassembling the furniture and making sure that all of the desks were reassembled using the correct pieces and the correct hardware, and that each furniture piece was in the perfect spot. Most of that is expected and there are likely many companies that can deliver. However, the reason I want to leave a review is to highlight how incredibly respectful and professional this specific team was. Despite two very long, hard days of work, we did not hear a single curse word, complaint, or negative comment the entire time. In fact, they were still positive and upbeat at the end of each 12+ hour day. Every request and direction was responded to with a "sir" or "ma'am". Not only were they careful in their work, they looked, dressed, and acted professionally, while working hard, fast, and under stressful conditions.
