Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

iHaul iMove will not be liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of any SMS messages, for any reason, including but not limited to: technical failures of the mobile network, mobile device issues, carrier restrictions, or any other conditions outside of our control. SMS delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier.

If material changes are made, we will notify enrolled users via text message prior to the changes taking effect.
