By accessing or using the iHaul iMove website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Moving Services

iHaul iMove provides professional moving services including residential moving, commercial moving, packing, storage, and specialty item transport in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

All moves are subject to a written estimate or contract provided before the move date.
Final charges may vary based on actual services rendered, time, and materials used.
Cancellation policies and fees will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website or by phone are preliminary and based on the information you provide. A binding or non-binding estimate will be provided in writing before your move. All pricing is custom and tailored to your specific moving needs.

Liability and Insurance

iHaul iMove is fully licensed, bonded, and insured as required by the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. Our liability coverage options will be explained in your service agreement prior to your move.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from iHaul iMove, you agree to the following terms in addition to our general Terms of Service. For complete details about our SMS messaging practices, please also review our SMS Terms & Conditions and the SMS section of our Privacy Policy.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our forms, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from iHaul iMove related to your moving services, including but not limited to: quote confirmations, appointment reminders, move-day updates, and follow-up communications. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency and Content

Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 2-5 text messages per service transaction. Messages may include:

Quote and estimate confirmations
Appointment scheduling and reminders
Day-of-move updates (crew arrival time, status)
Post-move follow-ups and satisfaction surveys
Occasional promotional offers (no more than 4 per month)

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. iHaul iMove does not charge any fee for sending or receiving text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from iHaul iMove. You may also opt out by calling 719-357-5865 or emailing info@ihaulimove.com. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again.

Privacy
